Reader within the Division of Biomedical Engineering, James Watt School of Engineering at The University of Glasgow.
He is also a Member of the Executive Board (2023-2025) of the European Society of Rheology, a Member of the Institute of Physics, an Associate Member of the Institute of Non-Newtonian Fluid Mechanics, an Ordinary Member of The IoP-Polymer Physics Group, an Ordinary Member of The IoP-Liquids and Complex Fluids Group, an EPSRC Peer Review Full College Member, and an Editorial Board Member of Scientific Reports and of Physics of Fluids.
His research interests are in the fields of rheology, microrheology and metrology applied to biological, bio-analytical and synthetic systems.
